    We prioritize members who are actively building or contributing, not passive observers.

  • Yes.

  • We use a short application to maintain a high-signal environment.

    This allows us to:

    • Reduce spam and promotional activity

    • Ensure mission alignment

    • Create trusted peer spaces

    Applications are reviewed for alignment, not prestige.

  • Applications are typically reviewed within 48 hours. Approved applicants receive a Slack invitation and onboarding instructions via email.

  • New members:

    1. Introduce themselves in #introductions

    2. Post their first structured ask in #ask-for-help

    3. Begin participating in relevant topic channels

    Members are encouraged to engage respectfully and constructively.
